What is Cash Out?

BancNet's Cash Out facility allows you to withdraw cash from partner institutions spread across the country using your ATM, debit card, cash card or e-money account. Instead of an Automated Teller Machine (ATM), a POS machine is used to authorize the transaction.

Most Cash Out machines and partner institution sites are situated in areas where there are few ATMs (or no ATMs at all).

Benefits

  • Convenience and savings on time
  • Savings on transportation expense
  • Enhanced security (due to additional security controls of the partner institution)

Main Features

  • Transaction flow like in ATM withdrawal but cash is disbursed by partner institution personnel (cashier or teller)
  • You can withdraw as much as P10,000 in one transaction
  • Unlike in ATMs, you can withdraw amounts not necessarily in multiples of P100 (ex. P 150 or P1,270)
  • You get a receipt if the transaction was successful
  • You can inquire your account balance for free (however, no receipt is printed)

How to Transact

Transaction Fees

Your bank will charge the same withdrawal fee as they charge when you withdraw through an ATM. However, an additional service fee of P20.00 is charged for every successful transaction.
